Monthly Draw
i) All subscribers to the newsletter are automatically entered in a monthly draw for a single prize each month. The value of each prize will not exceed $500.00.

ii) Odds of winning depend on the total number of subscribers to the newsletter in any given month.

iii) Prizes are determined and awarded by ONE: the Body, Mind and Spirit channel and no substitution will be made. The monthly prize will be posted and the winner will be announced on the ONE website.

iv) All subscribers, in the event they win a prize, consent to the use of their name and city of residence for advertising and publicity purposes, including reproduction, publication, broadcast, use on the Internet, and any other use without restriction and without further compensation.

v) ONE may terminate or suspend the monthly draw without notice to subscribers.

PRIVACY: We collect only the domain name of visitors to our web page to collect information on what pages consumers access or visit. If you communicate with us, by sending us an e-mail, participating in chat rooms, responding to surveys or otherwise, we will recognize and collect your e-mail address in addition to your domain name and any information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
